Overview:

Outreach for Humanity will provide five (5) - $500 scholarships per year. The scholarships are designated for further education and are designated for further educations are meant to help with the financial burden of continuing education.

The Selection Process:

Outreach for Humanity has specific educational committe that reviews all scholarship applications. The applicants will be narrowed down to three and those three will be voted on by the Outreach for Humanity Board.

Selections of successful applicants are based on a number of factors:

Applicants must:

• Be enrolled or enrolling in a program that is acceptable for a full credit towards a bachelor's or higher degree or a program of training to prepare students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation.
• Use the funds for the following: Tuition and fees required to enroll or attend an eligible educational institution. Books, supplies and materials.
• Be related to or affiliated with an indivdual associated with the Floor Covering Trade.
• Proof of expenditures will be reguired.

Exlusions:

The funds cannot be used for the following:

• Room and Board
• Travel
• Research
• Clerical Help
• Equipment and other expenses that are not required for enrollment or attendance.

Completely fill out the form below. Many applicants include a letter of introduction with an overview of their specific education background and future goals (not required). We keep all applications on file for a period of three (3) years and you are welcome to reapply.
